Delivery & Inspection:

Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect their plants or trees and sign a confirmation form indicating that the items have been received in good condition and meet their expectations.

Once the delivery is made and the customer has signed the confirmation, the sale is final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Non-Refundable & Perishable Products:
Due to the perishable nature of plants and trees, refunds or returns are not allowed once the customer has accepted the delivery. We ensure that our products are carefully selected and transported to maintain their health and quality.
Exceptions:
In the rare case that a product is delivered in poor condition or does not meet the description, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team immediately. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance.
